Today’s guest illustration comes from Max Forward, one half of the father/son team behind 3 Minute Max. It’s a fantastic comic, and I heartily recommend it. Check out my review, or just cut to the chase and read it now! I love the sense of motion and Hartmann’s feral panic in this piece. He really seems like a wild animal on the run.
Max was kind enough to record this video of his process while drawing Hartmann. It’s fascinating to watch!
