Denver Comic Con

Hey, I just spotted a continuity error. Luke has already been shown to be alive in the present day of the story, yet here he is getting killed in a flashback. Sloppy…
No, you spotted Luke getting shot. There’s a difference.
or there could be two men named Luke. Possibilities here.
Bah, madness to imply that two or more people could share the same first name.
We loonies have a lot of fun!
Oh, you loonies!
It’s a superhero comic, everyone can return from the dead, so don’t be troubled.
I was just being silly, really. Just poking fun at the idea that there would be any tension over Luke being shot, since it’s already been established that he survived this battle.
If there’s one thing that I really hate about comics is their tendency to bring characters back from the dead. It completely destroys any tension, since no one ever faces any permanent consequences, and it robs a dramatic death of any meaning.
Anyway, even the Spielbergs and Jacksons with their massive Hollywood epics make occasional screw-ups. I’m involved in a graphic novel myself that is a huge story with dozens of characters spanning 160 years and seven generations – it’s appalling how often we find these annoying little “continuity errors”…but I suppose it’s to be expected…
What is your graphic novel project, Bard? Is it a webcomic, or something I can look at online?
Simple perhaps this is why the Captain drinks, he sees the negative possibilities of any conflict, as a part of his enhanced martial abilities it is a combat sense…I am just shooting the mental breeze ignore me.
Shoot the breeze all you want, Prae. We enjoy the speculation! A combat sense is an interesting guess. That would make for a pretty fascinating power!
Noooo LUKE!!! WRYYYYYYYY!!!!
Calm down, Daeron. Luke’ll be okay, you’ll see!
While we know he survives, we don’t know HOW he survives …
Indeed. My guess is he’s a vampire.
That sounds really interesting. I’ll check it out!
