Denver Comic Con
June 30 - July 2, 2017
It’s true! Meditation is hard (unless you’re Homer Simpson).
This weekend, Al and I will be at Denver Comic Con, at table 175 in Artist Valley. Come see us!
And here I was expecting a swinging stopwatch: “You are getting sleeepy…” 🙂
For those who haven’t guessed, Mark is apparently beginning his sessions with Agnes(Lady Liberty) to teach her how to block other peoples’ thoughts and, by extension, control her powers better.
Or, at least, that’s what he SAYS…
You suspect an ulterior motive?
It’s Mark, so…possibly. But even if he has an ulterior motive that he’s not telling Agnes, it’ll still be one that helps the Specialists and/or Allies, unless he’s been a Hyd–I mean, Nazi agent all along, and we just don’t know it yet.
(Yeah, I went there.)
“Cut off one limb, two more shall take it’s place!”
Not anything sexual, but he’s got that thing going on with Geist that I’m not 100% clear on. I think that he’s always got something going on behind the scenes just for the sake of having stuff in place in case it’s needed.
But I doubt that his aiding of Agnes is as straightforward as it seems.
Mark has no one but himself to blame if everyone looks for complexity in all his motives.
I think it’s safe to say he expects as much. He’s a pretty perceptive chap.
Wow, this page is simple but beautiful. Those are some tricky lighting effects, there.
It sounds tough to do, all right. Not thinking is not the same as thinking of nothing. O.o
Thanks for the kind words. It’s nice to take a break from the traditional grid-style page layouts once in a while.
That last line is what Cheryl Tunt would say.
Henry Sugar anyone?
Yes, this page is beautiful. Well done!
Allow me to add myself to those who love the beauty of the simplicity of this page.
If making a live action version of the Specialists is ever a possibility, I want in. I have some directing experience, and would dearly love to take on the Specialists.
Okay, Caleb, you’re on the list. At this point, it’s between you and Spielberg! 😉
Yeah, I would choose Spielberg over me. 🙁
This comics is roaring for movie version! Please: Let It be!
The flame in the void….
*Thunks head into screen.
