Stop me if you’ve heard this one before: A vampire, a zombie, a ghost, a werewolf, and a gypsy fortune teller all appear in an awesome webcomic…
Devin Blake’s Monster Soup is a fairly new comic, but it’s off to a great start. The story is compelling and written in a light, comfortable style. The first chapter shows the trials of the protagonists, each appearing before a presumably glowering invisible judge and accused of various crimes against human and/or monster kind. Each is sentenced to a stay in Oubliette Castle, where their different monstrous natures can clash in entertaining ways.
