We’ve received our table assignment for the first ever Denver Comic Con! We’ll be at table 146 in Artists’ Alley, as shown on the map below (click for a larger version). It’s looking like it’s going to be an awesome show, so if you’re in the area, come check it out. And don’t you dare come to the con without stopping by to see us! We’ll have print copies of Chapter 1, original artwork, and our own bubbly personalities!
We’ll also be doing two panels on webcomics with the Webcomic Pioneers, but they haven’t been scheduled yet. I’ll post the times and locations as soon as I get them.

The World War II era used to be a fairly popular setting for comics. Captain America, Nick Fury, and Sgt. Rock were all originally active during WWII (and Captain America Comics was actually printed during the war). But there aren’t many WWII comics being published today. Half of the story in Scott Austin’s webcomic Heroes, Inc. took place during WWII, through flashbacks. Sadly, Scott had to discontinue Heroes, Inc. last year and for a while, The Specialists was just about the only WWII comic around.
