Make Yourself Heard
It’s election day in the US. If you’re registered, please exercise your privilege and responsibility to vote.
I know that there are a lot of people who are frustrated with candidates that they have supported in the past, or who aren’t completely happy with any of the options before them this year. I realize that it can seem like a futile exercise. But a democracy (or a democratic republic, for the sticklers) works best when its people participate. And voting is the most direct way that we have to take part in our government.
I’m not trying to tell you how to vote. I just urge you to take advantage of your right to vote today. Make yourself heard.
