Hmm, interesting. My money is on Lady Liberty using a telekinesis hold to keep Walter from hurting himself. But we shall see.
That, or she can sense Geist and is both restraining Walter AND Geist, who doesn’t seem to be fully out of Walter.
That looks more like a technical device. Maybe Questionmark
Its translucent and glowy. I believe this is Geists perception of Lady Liberty’s power that is invisible to everyone else.
