I may have mentioned this before, but Private Goldman was never intended to become a recurring member of our supporting cast. He was meant to be a potential bad influence for Max, urging him to downplay his Jewish heritage to avoid anti-Semitic discrimination; to go along to get along. (Here’s his first appearance; he looked different back then.) Somehow he ended up being a friend and confidant to Max. It’s funny how that happens sometimes.
I made a couple of long-overdue site updates over the weekend. I added our inker Kevin to our About Us page, and dis a major overhaul to the Archive page, which is now completely up to date.
Our eight weekly pages have come to an end. We did pick up some new patrons (shout out to Cyranose and Timothy M., our latest recruits), but not enough to increase our page frequency. That means we have to go back to monthly releases, and our next page will be posted on August 28th. But it’s not too late to change things. Head over to our Patreon page and sign up to be a patron.
