Al Gets Around
Despite having quite a lot on his plate just to get a new page out every week, Al has made the time to do some guest art for a couple of our fellow webcomic creators. Check out his contributions at the links below, and while you’re there, do yourself a favor and catch up on these fine comics.
Benny Powell’s Wayward Sons is a science fiction retelling of just about all of the world’s mythology. It boasts daily updates, with a new comic page every weekday and supplementary material on the weekend. Al contributed a guest pinup over the weekend. Comics that update every weekday are a rarity, but I don’t know of anyone else that updates seven days a week.
Denver Brubaker’s Tales of a Checkered Man is a comic strip chronicling the (mis)adventures of a would-be superhero, battling evil, acrophobia, and a miniscule costume budget (check out his “utility belt”!). The strip recently celebrated its first birthday, for which Al presented a gift. Before that, he also provided a piece of guest art.
