Was anyone lucky enough to have gotten to SDCC last week? We weren’t there, but I’ve been reading a lot of the little tidbits that have been released about the Marvel and DC movies. I find it interesting that the Batman Vs. Superman movie is so clearly taking a page from The Dark Knight Returns. That’s a great story, obviously, but I think it deserves better than to be shoehorned into what seems to be shaping up to be a prelude to a Justice League movie. On the other hand, Avengers: Age of Ultron can’t get here quick enough for my money. I guess in the meantime, I’ll just have to content myself with Guardians of the Galaxy next week…
