Now that I think of it, would there ever be a Captain Israel in comics somewhere?
I’m not aware of a “Captain Israel”-type character, but Marvel has a female Mossad agent/superhero named Sabra: http://marvel.wikia.com/Ruth_Bat-Seraph_(Earth-616)

Oh I know there are jewish superheroes, what I meant was like Captain Italia and Captain Britain, which are expys of Captain America. Though the Mossad super heroine is pretty close so I’ll take it.
