My cable system here in NE Ohio includes the Boomerang channel, which shows Thundarr occasionally–mostly late at night. Unfortunately, the show itself never quite rises to the level of awesomeness on display in the opening sequence. Hearing Thundarr howl “Lords of Light!!” sixteen times per episode is terribly annoying.

I think the best part of the show were the totally weird villains designed by Jack Kirby.
