Kickstarter Preview, Day 1

September 8, 2015 at 12:01 am
Posted In: Blog

Our new Kickstarter campaign to fund a deluxe, hardcover collection of our first four chapters begins next week. In addition the book itself, we’ve also commissioned a series of character drawings from some extremely talented artists that will be available as 8×10″ prints. Here are two of them.

The savage-looking Brute was done by Marcus Muller, creator of the comic King of the Unknown. The gorgeously retro Captain Victory painting is by illustrator Jeff Herndon. We are thrilled to be able to offer these prints alongside our new book.

Come back throughout the week for more previews!

On the subject of Kickstarter campaigns, I also want to point out Charles Dowd’s fantastic-looking project The A to Z Guide to Jobs for Girls. It’s an ABC board book designed to show young girls that they can be whatever they want to be. Give it a look!
