In reply to Shawn Gustafson. Its the same on my work computer (2-screens, desktop) in internet explorer, and on my laptop at home (one screen) in firefox. Tried changing resolution and zooming out, but while that effects things like the number of pictures on a line in a Wikipedia article or in a google image search, it doesn't seem to affect this; the aspect ratio of the picture and the top seems to be fixed as I do so. If I'm one of the only ones it's happening to, it's kinda a non-issue, by the way.
