If you have not read it “Bitter Seeds” by Ian Tregillis is all about the Ubermenschen. A pretty good story line if you like alternative history stories. Keep up the good work.

In reply to Cameron. The magician never reveals his tricks to the audience. . . Without getting overly technical: the scratches and grain are on a layer above the rest of the artwork; it's essentially black with the scratches and other marks in white. Photoshop allows me to adjust how a layer interacts with those below it, so I tried different modes until I found one that made the art look distressed in a way that wasn't too obnoxious.
