See this is the sort of stuff that makes for good characters, Its those shades, no one is absolutely good or evil and Im pleased to see that Henry is not a total D-Bag.

This is a great moment for both of these characters and a terrific moment in the comic in general.

It’s ironic. Henry, the self-absorbed, borderline-sociopathic jerk is recoiling from killing, while Kate is rationalizing the necessity of it, and since his confrontation with Henry, Max is seemingly on track to accepting or even embracing it.

Since Shawn and Al specialize in irony, I’m not surprised, but I am impressed at how smoothly they’re introducing it, 🙂

In reply to Blahorga Slisk. I forgot to say that Henry will never be able to use her confession for blackmail or to humiliate her. After all he told her he didn't even try to kill anyone today. He told her that the though of killing those two enemy soldiers gave him nightmares. These are things he won't dare having the world know. Not now at least. If he manages to turn his life around almost 180 degrees then he may be able to admit to this, but by then he would never even think of trying to humiliate anyone just for the hell of it.

That’s all I wanted to say and more. Here I was looking forward to seeing Henry being shoot down in flames mere minutes after having his nose bloodied by the one guy he was absolutely certain he could dominate. And this time it would be a woman that took him down, which would make it even more humiliating for a guy like him. And then you go and make me feel for him. That’s not fair!

And even so I’m kind of OK with it. Upset, but I will be fine, so keep up the good work.
