We haven’t gone into detail on Panzer’s physiology (we may, eventually), but he is 100% “living metal”. This includes his organs and even his hair. This is not to say that there’s nothing that could hurt him, but his insides are no more susceptible to heat than his skin.

Any metal you couldn’t harm with incendiaries would be too brittle to make good armor. Of course, 2 we’re talking magic here, so that doesn’t necessarily mean anything.

Assuming his organs are “soft”, rather than also in some ways resistant to damage and heat. If he had just a metal “casing”, then yes, he could be boiled alive. But if he is, hypothetically, 100% Metal then he might be impossible to boil alive, or melt even.

Perhaps a flamethrower would boil some of the delicious organs inside that pressure-cooker skin?

Useful but not nearly as powerful as one might think. He’s kind of like a small Landkreuzer. Yeah, no other tank on land can take him out but get him on the coast and he’s probably done. And now I am picturing luring him over a section of beach with enough explosives to launch him over a mile out to sea. I’m such a bad person.

I don’t know. Super-strength and invulnerable metal skin seem like pretty useful powers to have in wartime. With bullets flying and bombs going off and all.

Panzer strikes me, in RPG terms, as the Munchkin’s character only not as well thought out. I mean, and this going by what I know, he’s vulnerable to drowning (difficult to exploit but possible) and the old staple thermite which I think came into use during WW II. Yeah… these seem like amazingly lame powers in war. Schnell could have been taken out by a minefield and a daisy chain.
