You are correct. The Baron speaks fluent English. As far as I’m aware, Capt. Jensen speaks no–or very little–German.

I am looking forward to what The Baron has to say. Will he try to break their spirit, tell them he knew all about their plan and they fell right into his trap? Will he thank them for disposing of his most troublesome rival? Eagerly looking forward to the next update.

No brackets on either of their speech bubbles, so I presume they are speaking English. I suppose the fact that it couldn’t be the other way round fits in the whole foil setup.
