Thanks for the helpful link. I couldn’t remember what her “line about Uncle Sam” was, and it would’ve been a pain to find the right page on my own. Though I have to say… it looks like Goetz has put on a lot of weight in the past week.

I feel sort of bad for Lightning Lass, since she’s already “an item” (if I read the situation correctly) with one of the group…
Having dealt with both subjects in my own storytelling in the context of this historical period, I still wonder what would have gotten a person in more trouble…homosexuality or miscegenation?
They were both illegal in most states at that time.
