In reply to Lauren Brown. That would make a pretty cool origin story! Kind of like how Daredevil is blind, but his enhanced senses allow him to "see" in ways that sighted people can't. However, in this case, Henry is simply wearing an exoskeleton that enhances his already-impressive physical capabilities. He had been an Olympic athlete in his prime.

Looking at his costume, I can imagine a boy who suffered from polio, and lost the ability to walk without braces. Now a man, his outfit allows him to run the way he always wished to – like the wind.
