Fair enough. Sadly, because in RL there is an evolutionary advantage to limited senses. Plus, that looks like it might be a machine gun our viewpoint character is holding, and Heinrich shouldn’t be much heavier than a bear. Knock him on his rear, then run while reloading?

I expect shooting is something he’s used to by now. You’
re just the 34th guy who shot him today. A minor annoyance at worst. He may swat you aside and only break a few dozen bones and decide that you’re not worth bothering to kill as he has a hairdresser appointment to keep and he’s already late, or whatever. Now, if you actually *hurt* him, he is going to be sure to take the time out of his busy killing schedule to make sure you suffer extensively before dying in a particularly gruesome fashion.

Keep in mind that old saying though, ” It’s only an eye. The Gods saw fit to grant me a spare.” Unless you have some bad fine reflexes and marksmanship skills, his no doubt terrific pain threshold will let him close the gap before you get a second shot.

Shouldn’t annoy him much more than shooting already has.

Ooh! Ooh! Or suffocate him. He still needs to breathe, right? Right? Really, though, shooting an eye may not kill on the first hit, but should at least blind him until it regenerates/no longer has molten lead droplets in it, and I doubt he’s had enough time to train himself for hunting blind.
