Have the creator be talking to Prof. Goddard about how HE stabilizes his rockets. It’s something called a gyro. The nazis were buying Mr Goddard’s blueprints for literally a dime a dozen before Goddard realized the pentagon was selling them to the nazis.
after that, not even the pentagon had access to Goddard’s plans.
